Intercommunity Counseling Center will be offering monthly grief support group gatherings at the Uptown Senior Center.

Every SECOND FRIDAY of every month from 1 pm to 2 pm.

Group facilitator, Stefano, will offer a mix of educational information on the grieving process, along with support for those experiencing grief.

Topics to be addressed:
Stages of Grief
Adjusting to a new loss
Moving on after the loss
Gaining adequate support during the death and dying process
The importance of anniversary dates in grieving
